Shin Chia Chang Plastic (SCC) manufactures mascara tubes, wipers and mascara brushes (TPEE molded and nylon twisted-wire) in Changhua, Taiwan. ISO 9001:2015 certified since 1998.
Mascara packaging from a Taiwan factory
SCC produces both the mascara container and the brush, so the tube, wiper and brush are designed to work together.
We offer two types of mascara brush: precision-molded TPEE brushes (JM9 series, in a range of head shapes) and nylon twisted-wire brushes. Our mascara bottles are made by injection molding and injection blow molding in our own factory.
